Company: Living on Purpose™ by Sabrina Reynolds (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

Contact: info@sabrinareynolds.com | PO Box 1182, Grayson, GA 30017

By purchasing any product, service, or subscription from our websites (including but not limited to sabrinareynolds.com, systeme.io funnels, Mighty Networks/Stan community pages, and other checkout pages we operate), you (“you,” “Client,” “Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Offers & Scope

We sell digital products (e.g., ebooks, templates, PDFs), online courses/memberships, group coaching, and 1-on-1 coaching/consulting. Specific features, inclusions, and timelines are described on each checkout page. If something isn’t listed on the checkout page, it is not included.

2. Pricing, Taxes, & Currency

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees required by your jurisdiction.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Stan, Mighty Networks, Systeme). We do not store your full payment details. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge the total amount due (and, for subscriptions, recurring charges until canceled per Section 6).

4. Installments & Failed Payments

If you select an installment plan, you must complete all payments. Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is cured. We may use reasonable collection efforts for past-due balances.

5. Refunds & Cancellations (by Product Type)

  • Digital Downloads (e.g., The Purpose Check-Up Ebook): All sales are final. Due to the nature of immediate digital access, no refunds are provided.

  • Courses/Memberships: You may cancel future renewals at any time (see Section 6). We do not prorate or refund partially used periods unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.

  • Group Coaching: Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable. If you withdraw before the first session, you may request a refund of amounts paid minus the non-refundable deposit. After attending any live session or accessing gated materials, all sales are final; you may request a one-time transfer of remaining credit to a future cohort within 6 months, subject to availability.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching/Consulting: Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-refundable after the first session or delivery of the first asset. If you request a refund before the first session, we will refund amounts paid minus a non-refundable onboarding fee of $395.

  • Live Events/Workshops (Virtual or In-Person): Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person up to 48 hours before the event start.

Any exceptions must be in writing from us. Chargebacks are not an alternative to our refund policy; see Section 7.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

If your purchase includes a subscription (e.g., community or Academy access), it auto-renews at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback we reasonably contest and win, you remain responsible for the original amount plus any processor fees we incur.

8. Access & Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered via download link or portal access sent to the email you provide.

  • Programs/coaching are delivered via secure platforms (e.g., Zoom, Stan, Mighty Networks, Systeme).
You are responsible for providing an accurate email and maintaining access to the platforms we use.

9. License & Intellectual Property

All materials are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, single-user license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Group, team, or corporate licenses require separate written permission.

10. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

In our communities, groups, or live sessions, you agree to be respectful, maintain confidentiality of private member information, and avoid harassment, hate speech, or spam. We may remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

11. Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows (Coaching)

Please be on time. You may reschedule a coaching session with 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Package sessions expire if not used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

12. Testimonials, Wins & Likeness

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, win, or story (text, audio, or video), you grant us permission to use it, along with your name, image, and likeness, on our websites, social media, and marketing, without additional compensation. You can revoke future use by emailing support (we can’t retract materials already published).

13. Results Disclaimer

We provide education, coaching, and spiritual encouragement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or earnings. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, capacity, market conditions, and timing.

14. No Professional Advice

Our content and coaching are not a substitute for legal, medical, mental health, tax, or financial advice. We share faith-based encouragement and practical strategies; consult qualified professionals for professional matters.

15. Faith-Based Content

We are a Christian-led company and may include prayer, scripture, and faith-centered guidance. Participation is voluntary. All are welcome.

16. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy [link]. By purchasing, you consent to receiving transactional emails and account notices. You may also opt into marketing emails and SMS; you can unsubscribe at any time.

17. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may link to or rely on third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Mighty Networks, Stan, Systeme, Stripe, PayPal). We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

18. Promotions, Coupons & “Buy-One-Give-One”

  • Promotions/coupons are limited-time and cannot be combined unless stated.

  • Buy-One-Give-One (BOGO) or scholarships: Gifts are discretionary and typically not tax-deductible unless processed through a registered nonprofit we designate. We reserve the right to select recipients and timing.

20. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

If you believe our materials infringe your IP, contact us at info@sabrinareynolds.com with detailed information. We will review promptly.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues arising from your use of our products/services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product/service giving rise to the claim.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the materials, or violation of law.

23. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, outages, illness, governmental actions).

24. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through informal negotiation for at least 30 days.

25. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
